Three sisters. Three brothers. A whole lot of family, and not a single stranger in the room.

Carrie and Chris got married at a 1938 church in Dunwoody on a summer afternoon. I wasn’t allowed in the sanctuary for the ceremony — so I shot through a crack in the door. Some of my favorite images happen when I’m working around obstacles.

This was the first of three weddings I’d shoot for this family. The sisters kept getting married, and I kept showing up.
